Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and other mandatory jurisdictional requirements, disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions or direct reservations with MM Pinewood Hotel shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts having jurisdiction over Darjeeling, West Bengal.
